Iran territory is a place of convoy long travel and dealers to the far East and European countries from years ago, due to special geographical position. Abrisham  road is a good instance  of  this case.
According  to  geographic situation and elementary vehicles in previous centuries, there were places for resting , called  carvansara.
Iranian`s hospitality as the one of the great characteristics of our nation, gained international fame.
Considering the above issue in the design of the international Behroud hotel idea is inspired by Iranian carvansara. Plan is a square with the central courtyard in the middle and resting places and rooms around.
These plans also repeated in the floors and eventually have shaped hotel.
Due to farahzad prospects in the west valley land side of hotel and locating spaces such as community halls and sports complexes , north and south axis of the building along the north and south geographic  location rate have been deviated about 28 degrees to the south east.
